One of the BEST spots for BIG BACK BEHAVIOR! Seriously, this place has it all. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with compliments and plenty of laughs. Seating both inside and outside. The food? Absolutely delicious--warm, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The indoor seating is limited, but they also offer outdoor seating if you need it. And as a bonus, they serve Mexican Coke and Sprite without all the extra additives. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing classic burger. No frills, simple menu and they execute perfectly. Totally worth it.

Strolling through Georgetown on a mild fall evening, we stopped into 7th Street burgers for some quick chow. I got the double Impossible burger and a Mexican Coke with a bag of fries. Delicious, meaty and cheesy, with just enough toppings to add flavor and variety. The service was quick and the soundtrack added some liveliness to an otherwise muted evening. After a few double smash burgers and fries we were ready to head back out into the wild. Definitely a worthy burger joint on Wisconsin. If you haven't tried it yet, stop on in!

Overall very good smash burgers wrapped in the classic red and white paper. The fries are good and they have a pretty darn good burger sauce. Wash it down with Mexican coke for a real fatty greasy American meal! It's pretty small for the location and it gets packed quickly. Good value for their double burger at $10. For a limited time, they have a free graphic tee for every three burgers you buy. Unfortunately, mine was ripped.

now that DC has 7th Street why even does nyc exist - well this is certainly not the most valid point I've made this year, but this establishment is definitely a dc win - I am not a huge burger person but this smash burger style with crispy edges on a warm bun is delicious. it comes out squished and greasy! the fact it comes w pickles, house sauce, onions, cheese showcases this spot knows real taste - house sauce. gimme a gallon. picture in n out sauce but less chunky and vinegary. it's on everything so everything kinda tastes the same but I love it. - speaking of in n out, these fries actually were good. how did they maintain so much CRUNCH under sauce?! how were they so salty still?!? Magic. Magic! - the loaded beef fries are a must. every bite made me rethink my belief in god. the chunks of burger meat. the mass load of onions. the gooooey classic burger cheese. sauce women, unite. - maybe drop the prices down $1-2. match the aesthetic. match the quality. match the service.

Heard great things about 7th Street Burger from friends in NYC so when they opened in DC we had to try it. 7th Street Burger has one of the best smash burgers for only $6.50 with most smash burger spots charging almost double that price. I've tried both the cheeseburger and double cheeseburger, if you're hungry definitely go for the double. The burger buns are perfect without being too airy or chewy, patties are super juicy and flavorful, and all cheeseburgers come with cheese, grilled onions, pickles, and their special sauce. French fries are great, super crispy but soft on the inside! The menu is super simple and straightforward. Their restaurant is in the center of Georgetown which makes it very convenient to walk to but parking can be tough to find. If driving, parking along P or O streets or even along the waterfront then walking over might be your best bet. Service was friendly enough for a fast food restaurant and seating is a bit limited. Their hours also make for a great late night burger spot to fulfill cravings or after a night out!
